Rotor casings extreme stress, Frozen slides. MDRS Dent removal- bell stem-flare dent removal as well.
Reset slide ports, alignment very crucial to have the best rotor action possible.
Still even slight stress may cause these rotors to be slow and unresponsive.

Twisted - Bent Bell, Very apparent body stress. Bell diount - Body Alignment required. U
Bell reshaped by hand for the best sound production. The braces needed to be repositioned quite a bit to allow minimal stress-tension during this body alignment.
Great finish, very open relaxed sound. Strong sound core and much more fun to play.

Sent in for basic playing condition. After play test, very quickly felt problems with Lower Notes. Tone hole damage can cause a big problem
Reshaped-Resurface tone holes, found quite a few more while I was resurfacing so took care of those too. Improved the playability, response and sound core

Repad - Clean-Condition wood body, reset posts, repair-reshape tone holes, silver dip keys, hi polish keys-posts, replace all tenon corks, reshape and level keys-key cups, key corks replaced
Re-assemble measure and hand select the best pads available. Each key is padded installed and seated. Complete assembly-clamp technique is a vital step often rushed which causes numerous trips back to shop.

Double French Horn
Sent in for rotor string won't stay on rotor lever. Guessing bang it around abit will help.... WRONG
New horn New lacquer, heat required to slowly bring dents out with out cracking.
Curved dent rod, hand burnisher, quite abit of reshaping. Lacquer service area, blend, buff and polish.
Remove all pads, key cork-head Jt. Cork. Silver dip ,shape bent keys, level to tone holes,measure and fit new pad to keys, key corks-felt installed. Reassemble clamp technique to allow new pads to seat properly.
Conk Horn
Of course we do Conk Shells Horns. Friend of mine just had to have one. Had a French Horn mouthpiece rim I just cut. And, well it sounds great. Hope you enjoy the pics. Great stuff.
