Camarillo's Trumpet Modifications

Bach 180- 37 Silver strip, smooth out age pits then added Brush Gold Lacquer by request. Blending the finish really added the vintage look to tell the story of this trumpets unique history. A true gift ... And oh what a sound.  Custom Leadpipe with precision designed receiver. Designed to create fast response and smooth partial control. Increased note slotting with large resonant sound.  Redesigned slide rings, annealed slides, Leadpipe, and Bell Bow.  Precision medium weight receiver adds dimension to the production of sound.  Valve alignment increased the note center as well as the air flow.  Amado water keys also improved both sound core and response.  Combined Brush Lacquer and Brite Gold Lacquer slides and Bell flare create a unique vintage look. 

Design and machine custom receiver to correct-improve each trumpet to players specific needs.  Precision fit mouthpiece of choice to find position of optimum playability.  Medium weight receiver for this players setting. Extended length locates the quick response feel, complimenting the mouthpiece.  Machined finish shown.  Body alignment, free up brace tension and stress.  Bell brace removed to allow sound to resonate and free up playability.  Final cleanup - high polished finish Best part...Play test to check settings. Amazing modification!!!

Bach CTrumpet Conversions, Incredible results Altering color, fitting, and playability  Bach Artisan Conversion Custom Heavy weight Receiver Precision setting to players needs. Conn Vintage 1 Both center braces were sprung loose.  Problem is the Leadpipe and bell alignment had been bent out of position.  Bell dismount and reshape bell bow required.  Full body alignment will  release stress, in Leadpipe and Bell tail. Notice the distance once braces are released.  This is and extreme amount of stress. This view shows the alignment problem.  Once bell and braces are repositioned, the response will be greatly improved
