Trombone Brand to be Named Later

Open Wrap Trombone

Ok this starts out like a joke.  A Company has me promote an instrument line with my background to develop-support the product line.  Possessing the skill set and ability to design and manufacture parts would allow the customers to obtain parts and repair for this product line.  Customer then notifies me "this product was never meant to be sold", "Parts are not available for this instrument".  I pick up this Trombone with a missing rotor connecting rod, rotor collar, rotor collar screw.  Design rotor collar, Drill and Thread, Make rotor screw-match thread pitch, Design linkage arm, then add cosmetic finish.  Rotor mechanism now works even better than new mechanism.  Lighter and more balance to the lever mechanism made it faster, smoother and more comfortable to the player.  Problem Solved !!

Design and Cut bumper stop arm from brass round stock
 Design linkage arm
Adjust alignment and balance of linkage and rotor
Brush finish and Lacquer
Parts are unavailable for a New Name Brand??
Remember, Some things really do depend on who you are talking to.
