Bach 180 43 72 As so many trumpet players already know how well this trumpet performs.  This player has found over time the feel of certain partials have become inconsistent from time to time.  The mouthpiece of choice was bottoming out, and never seating in same spot. Precision custom receiver is designed and machined as close to original settings as possible.  We machine internal settings just short of original settings. After numerous play tests, we dial in-locate the most responsive position and wall thickness to perform at each trumpets best. Solder in and reposition, reshape bell to leadpipe brace.  More testing.  Design and cut thumb ring per request. Clean up, brush machine finish, Lacquer. More Testing (The Best Part) Dial in mouthpiece position to respond as player requested.  Check and re-check settings to be where player has requested.
